We announced Palais Grande project in 2013, which is Thrissur’s first green certified building. Since then, Mother Nature has been an integral part of all our projects. While we all vie for a share of our depleting natural resources, Vishraam has taken the additional step to ensure that we give back to mother nature in terms of replenishing water table through rain water harvesting, rain water replenishing, optimal use of air and light resources and usage of energy efficient porotherm bricks thereby reducing emission and heat.
